Attempting to Describe the Magnificent Waves I Saw Today

The waves continue to roar, constantly receding lines of dazzling white against a metal green surface.

Out in the Bay the majestic waves start to appear and in deep shadow the line of the peak continues to rise and stutters at a point where glimpses of white water hangs on the summits and suddenly surges forward in a magnificent curling spume of whitewater advancing toward the shore. Its shallow front ever diminishing in size and energy until it is finally propelled onto the sand as a thin line of fluid cream sheet which spreads until the energy within is dissipated and rivulets run back to the Oceans mass
